Steps

Finely chopped cabbage & carrot dough with required salt & water.

Deep fry in shape of small size ball. Keep aside

Cut capsicum & onion in square size. Green chilli cut in long thin shape.

In a bowl take tomato sauce, chilli sauce soya sauce mix well with 1 cup water & keep aside.

A fry pan put on the stove & heat 2 teaspoon oil. Add chopped green chilli & pieces of capsicum & onion.

Fry till brown

Now pour mixture of sauce & fried vegetable balls. Fry about two Min.

Add vinegar and again fry till semi dry.

Ready to serve.
