Ingredients

  • 1small bowl maida
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 2medium size onion
  • 1medium size capsicum
  • 4-5 piecesgarlic chopped
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 1/2 inchginger finely chopped
  • 1small spoon jeera powder
  • Red chilli powder (As required)
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • as neededRefined oil
  • Salt As required
  • 1 pinchedable soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Dough maida, 2 teaspoon oil & soda with required water in a bowl & keep aside

  2. 2

    Onion, capsicum & paneer cut in to very small pieces

  3. 3

    Now take a pan & put on the stove at medium flame

  4. 4

    Pour 2 teaspoon oil. After heat the oil put finely chopped green chilli, onion, capsicum, garlic, ginger

  5. 5

    After few seconds pour the paneer & add salt fry for 2-3min. Keep aside till cool down.

  6. 6

    Take doughed maida & roll very thin as desired size.

  7. 7

    Stuff the fried vegetables inside it & roll with sealing both side.

  8. 8

    Now deep fry this roll in medium flame.

  9. 9

    Take it on a plate & cut with sharp knife in round shape.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
