It's a healthy and protein packed recipe for breakfast.
Steps

Soak whole moong and rice in the night.

Morning drain the water.

In a mixie jar take moong and dal, spinach, ginger piece, greenchillies, salt and cummin grind into fine paste

Remove in bowl.

Heat tawa and spread like dosa.
- 6
Break eggs add salt and spread it on pesarattu.
- 7
If want sprinkle red chilli Powder on top.
- 8
Cover and Cook from both sides.
