Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuphung curd
  2. 6 piecessoya champ
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspchaat masala
  7. 2 tsptandoori masala
  8. 1 tspcarom seeds
  9. 1 tspkasoori methi dry
  10. 1 tspcornflour
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1Onion diced
  13. 1Capsicum
  14. 1Tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients in a bowl

  2. 2

    Cut champ in small pieces

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients well in hung curd & add onion capsicum dices & champ pieces

  4. 4

    Rest for 1 hour. Place in skewers & roast in a tandoor or In an oven

  5. 5

    Serve hot & crisp
