Butterfly sprouts dhokla cooked in mug

Wash and soak moong for overnight

Now tie in cotton cloth for 6 hours.

Sprouts will come out.

Grind sprouts.

Take besan.Add grinded paste.

Add eno.immediately transfer batter to microwave safe mug.

Add salt, curd and make dhokla batter.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Demould from mug when it cool down

Cut into pieces

Take oil in pan

Add mustard seeds

When mustard seeds stop cracking add chopped chillies.

Add 1 cup water and lime juice and sugar(optional).

Bring to Boil

Pour this to cut pieces.

Arrange in shape of butterfly.

Decorate with chillies and sauce.

Healthy dhokla is ready serve with sauce or green chutni.
