Ingredients

1 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined. Tails are your preference - I take mine off
1/4 cupLawry’s Baja Chipotle marinade
1 tbspcornstarch

Steps

Mix marinade and cornstarch in medium sealable bowl or gallon size zip top bag. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Marinate 1-5 hours in refrigerator.

Heat panini press or grill to medium heat. Place shrimp on panini press or on grill mat, and cook 3-4 minutes until opaque.
