I've made this cashew barfi.. without using khoya and sugar...
Steps

Grind keshews and make them smooth powder then dry roast in pan till keshews are fragrant and little bit change in colour.

Now add amul milk powder and condensed milk, powder sugar if any one wants.

Now mix it continuously till it forms like a dough. Keep the flame slow so that it want stick to the pan.

If the mixture reduces and coming together, leaving the sides of pan then add ghee and mix well. The mixture will form a dough and will leave the sides of the pan.. barfi is ready...

U can shape it as want. But as it's name suggests I gave the shape of lily flowers..

Let the mixture cool slightly when it is wrm or u can easily handle... just make a small ball and put it on a plastic and roll..(not very thin)

Cut small circles with cookie cutter and place a whole almond(badam) in the middle and fold from bottom and stick the sides on badam as shown in the pic... serve it as you want... thanks...
