Ingredients

3eggs
1 1/2 tablespoonflour
2 tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheese
salt
12 pcs.squash flowers
olive oil

Steps

Clean the squash flower and remove the base. Remove excess water with a paper towel.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt.

Add flour and the parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Add the flowers.

Fry the flowers one by one using a spoon.
