Soak moog daal for at least 6 hour

Grind moond daal along with green chillies and ginger into a smooth better

Addind enough water to grind the daal

The consistency of better should be that of a pancake

Combine all the ingredients for the paneer filling mixture and keep aside

Heat the twa and pour ladle full of moong daal cheela batter in circular frm center going outwards

Drizzle little oil around the spread cheela batter

Cook the cheella on medium heat

Let it get brown and crisp

Flip and cook the cheela fr about a minute

Fill the cheela with scoop of paneer filling fold it length wise
