Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupyellow moong daal (split)
  2. 1 inchginger finaly chopped
  3. 2green chilli finally chopped
  4. 2 tspdhniya leaves finally chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. For filling
  7. 1 cuppaneer grated
  8. 1onion chopped
  9. 1tomatoe chopped
  10. 1 tspdhaniya leaves chopped
  11. 1 tspchaat masala
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moog daal for at least 6 hour

  2. 2

    Grind moond daal along with green chillies and ginger into a smooth better

  3. 3

    Addind enough water to grind the daal

  4. 4

    The consistency of better should be that of a pancake

  5. 5

    Combine all the ingredients for the paneer filling mixture and keep aside

  6. 6

    Heat the twa and pour ladle full of moong daal cheela batter in circular frm center going outwards

  7. 7

    Drizzle little oil around the spread cheela batter

  8. 8

    Cook the cheella on medium heat

  9. 9

    Let it get brown and crisp

  10. 10

    Flip and cook the cheela fr about a minute

  11. 11

    Fill the cheela with scoop of paneer filling fold it length wise
