Soak dal for 5 hour.

In apn add suvar and water, boil it and make 1 thread consistency sugar syrup.

Add saffron strings and food colour.

Griend the dal in mixer grinder.

Poyr it in a bowl, beat with hand and maje it smooth.

Heat ghee in a kadhai, kake ragula with dal and deep fry in ghee.

Now put it in sugar syrup abd keep it for 1 hours.

Serve chilled.
