Soak the soya bean granules in warm water for half an hour then in other pan prepare the marination

For marination take curd and all masalas and Chuntney along lemon juice after the soya granules r soft add this to marination along onions and capsicum keep in freeze for at least one hour

After one hour arrange the marination x8 in sticks and place in tava or pan u can use butter or oil and in slow flame cook all the sides

Your soya Tikka full of protein is ready and kids will really enjoy this protein pack snack
