Boil potatoes.and cut bathua and boil it then strain it.

Boil bathua and strain it.add heeng in kadai add bathua potatoes add spices.

Let it cool.now roll flour add mixture and make paratha.

Now spread deshee ghee and roast it from both side.

Serve hot with curd.... protein healthy paratha.
