Steps

Shallow fry Paneer cubes & keep aside.

Heat oil in pan, add dried red chilli, bay leaf, saute a while.

Add onions, saute till slight brown & then add half glass water, cover & cook in medium flame till water evaporates.

Add half cup water, tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, cover the pan & cook in low flame (Don't mix)

Sprinkle garam masala powder.
Ready to get served/attacked.👍
