  3. 4 tspRajgiri flour
  4. 4 tspWheat flour
  5. 2 tspMilk
  6. 4 tspCurd
  7. 1 pinchSalt
  8. 2 tspButter
  9. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  10. 1 tspSalt
  11. 1Egg
  12. For filling:
  13. 2 tspPaneer cubed
  14. 2 TspDry fruits
  15. 2 tspChickpeas boiled
  16. 1-2Potato cubes boiled and Fried
  17. 1 tspLime.juice
  18. 1 tspOrange sauce
  19. 1 tspBlack pepper.crushed
  20. To tasteSalt
  21. 2 piecesOrange
  22. 1 tspTomatoes cut in cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all things in bowl.make a dough.

  2. 2

    Cover it in baking bowls.before covering.greashed utensils some butter.

  3. 3

    Keep it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 8 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 8 miniute remove it from the oven.

  5. 5

    For filling_

  6. 6

    In a hot pan put butter,add black.pepper

  7. 7

    Add all things.besides sauce & lemon juice.

  8. 8

    Mix all things well.let.it cool.

  9. 9

    Add sauce & mix it.

  10. 10

    Put it in prepared bowl.

  11. 11

    Garnish it with mint leaves.

  12. 12

    A beautiful energies protein bowl is ready to eat.

    Bowl.& Filling will be together eaten.
