Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 cupscooked brown rice
  • 8 ozfresh cooked mushrooms
  • 8 ozsteamed broccoli
  • 8 ozsteamed couliflower
  • 2sweet potatoes, chopped and boiled
  • 1 can (10.5 oz)condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1 can (10.5 oz)cream of chicken
  • 2chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 cupshredded cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Layer or mix rice, broccoli, couliflower, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms

  3. 3

    Warm cans of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken in saucepan with about a can of water mixed in and bouillon cubes. Than, add to casserole.

  4. 4

    Add sour cream and shredded cheese. Mix in

  5. 5

    Add top layer of shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
