Ingredients

1 lbground Beef 90/10
1 cupinstant oatmeal
1/2 cupdiced celery
1/2 cupdiced onion
2diced garlic cloves
1 tspsalt
2 tsppepper
1egg
1/4fat free milk
1/4ketchup
1/8 cupbrown sugar

Steps

Mix all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar in large mixing bowl

Form into loaf and put in greased baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hr, or until middle is cooked

Take out of oven. Mix ketchup and brown sugar, spread on meatloaf and let sit for 5-10 min
