My own recipe I came up with after trying so many.
Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.

Pour mix for desired size pancakes into a hot skillet and let sit over medium heat until bubbles begin to form and flip over. (About 3 mins each side)

Serve with butter and syrup.
