Ingredients

3 servings

1 tsp.salt
2 cupsall purpose flour
2eggs
1/4 cupcanola oil
2 1/2 tsp.baking powder
2 Tbs.sugar
1 1/2 cupshalf and half
1 1/2 Tbs.vanilla extract
1 Tbs.cinnamon (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.

Pour mix for desired size pancakes into a hot skillet and let sit over medium heat until bubbles begin to form and flip over. (About 3 mins each side)

Serve with butter and syrup.
