Steps

Take a pan and saute onions on a high flame till they turn brown on edges.

Add all the ingredients mentioned for gravy.

Grind after it cools down

Add oil in a pan and saute onion & capsicum. In the same, add the gravy paste

Add all the veggies

Add Spinach puree, amchur powder & black pepper powder. Give it a stir and serve hot with parathas.
