Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Medium Onion
  2. 7-8Cashews
  3. 2-3Garlic Pods
  4. 4Green Chillies
  5. 3Cloves
  6. 1/2 InchCinnamon
  7. 1Cardamom
  8. 1 CupBlanched and Pureed Spinach
  9. 2 cupsBoiled Mix Vegetables (Beans, Peas, Corn, Carrot)
  10. 1 TeaspoonAmchur Powder
  11. 2 TeaspoonBlack Pepper Powder
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and saute onions on a high flame till they turn brown on edges.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients mentioned for gravy.

  3. 3

    Grind after it cools down

  4. 4

    Add oil in a pan and saute onion & capsicum. In the same, add the gravy paste

    Add all the veggies

    Add Spinach puree, amchur powder & black pepper powder. Give it a stir and serve hot with parathas.
