Wash and soak masoor dal for 3 - 4 hours.

Drain water and.add masoor dal in the blender.

Also add ginger garlic and green chilli and make a paste.

Take a bowl add masoor dal paste,nonia leaves,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds and salt and mix well.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.
