  • 1/2 kgbeetroot
  • 1/2 kgkali gajar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspgrind mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 4jug water

    Peel and slice beetroot and kali gajar

  2. 2

    Put it in a clay jar

  3. 3

    Add salt and all spices

  4. 4

    Stir it

  5. 5

    Pour water cover it and keep aside

  6. 6

    Stir daily

  7. 7

    After 3 days it will be ready to drink

  8. 8

    It's digestive drink
