Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. For manchurian:
  2. 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1shredded carrot
  4. 1shredded capsicum
  5. 1finely chopped onion
  6. to tasteGreen chilli
  7. 1& 1/2 cup cornflour maida
  8. to tasteSalt and white pepper according
  9. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  10. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  11. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  12. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  13. 1 tbspschezwan sauce
  14. as neededOil for frying
  15. For gravy ;
  16. 1Finely chopped onion
  17. 2 cupsmixed veggies finely chopped (cabbage, carrot, capsicum)
  18. 2 cupmixedSauces (soya, green chilli, red chilli, tomato sauce, schezwan)
  19. 1 tbspcornflour mixed in cold water
  20. 1 tbspoil
  21. to tasteSalt and white pepper according
  22. For Fried Rice:
  23. 2 cupsshreaded mix veggies (cabbage, carrot, capsicum)
  24. 2 tbspmixed sauces as earlier mentioned
  25. to tasteSalt and pepper according
  26. 2 tbspoil
  27. 2 cupsRice (boiled half done)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    For manchurian: mix all the veggies and onions in a bowl. Mix all the sauces, salt, pepper powder and cornflour and maida to make adough. Make small round balls. Heat the oil and fry manchurian balls till golden brown.

    For gravy: take a pan heat oil and put finely chopped onions and fry fthem for 2-3 minutes. Add all the veggies and stir fry for few minutes. Add sauces and salt pepper powder. Cook for 2 minutes and then add cornflour and maida mixture (dissolved in water) add water as required to make a semi liquid gravy. Cookifot2 minutes and turn off the gas

    For fried rice: Take a pan and pour oil. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add chopped mix veggies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add sauces and seasoning. Mix well and now add half done boiled rice and mix well. Add a little water if required. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until rice is cooked properly. Your fried rice are ready to eat

    Before serving heat the gravy and put manchurian balls in it and take a boil. Serve hot with hot fried rice 🍚
