Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  1. 3 cupsfull cream milk
  2. 1 cupcrumbled cottage cheese
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspnuts(almonds,pistachio,cashew,wallnut)
  5. 8-10raisins
  6. 2 pinchcardamom powder
  7. as neededrose petals(dried and soaked for 5 mins)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to boil.

  2. 2

    Simmer the flame to low and let the milk boil till it is reduced to one third. Keep it stirring at regular intervals.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and switch off the flame when sugar is dissolved

  4. 4

    Keep the thickened milk in fridge to be chilled for 2 hrs.

  5. 5

    Mix cheese, nuts and cardamom powder in it and again keep the kheer in fridge

  6. 6

    Decorate with nuts, rose petals and serve chilled
