Chickpea Stuffed Paratha

In bowl, mash boiled chickpeas and into it add salt, crushed pepper, green chilli, curd, asafoetida and garam masala powder and mix it well.

Prepare a soft wheat flour dough.

Cut pieces from it as per your size preference.

Then make chapati of it and spread stuffing over it and cover it with another roti and seal the sides.

On a hot tawa, cook it well from both sides and drizzle oil over it and cook it for 2-3 minutes more.

Your chickpea stuffed paratha is ready to serve now.
