Steps

Grate cabbage and rinse all possible water from it.

Add all ingredients listed above.

Mix well and make small round shaped balls.

Heat oil and fry balls till done.

In a non stick pan heat up oil, saute chopped ginger garlic for few seconds

Saute chopped onion and green chilli paste for few seconds.

Add chopped capsicum, and quickly saute it.

Add black pepper powder, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, and tomato sauce, sugar and salt.

Cook on high flame for few seconds.

Add fried balls and cook till 5 minutes.

Add cornflour slurry and 1/2 cup water, mix well.

Cook for 5 more minutes, switch off the flame

Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves.
