Soaked all dals for 4 to 5 hours orovernight..

After soaking strain the dal and grind into coarse paste with out adding water..

In a bowl take green cabbage,purple cabbage,mint leaves,salt,ginger chilli paste,coarsely grinded dal,boiled rice,rice flour..

Mix well..

Make a square tikki shape.

Shallow fry both the sides on hot tawa till it turns golden brown.

Take tikki apply green chutney over it..Place cucumber and pineapple over it again put the tikki..

Serve with tomato ketchup..
