Coleslaw: mix chopped cabbage, carrot, chopped coriander,mayo, kasundi, sprinkle some salt,pepper and sugar in a bowl. refrigerate.

Heat oil in a pan. fry both the eggs separately. in the same pan heat up the burger buns

Spread some mayo on the burger buns. put some coleslaw on it. then put egg on it sprinkle some salt and pepper on the egg. add grated cheese on top. close the burger. serve with coleslaw and tomato ketchup.
