Steps

Wash and peel beet root. Slice into thin chips.

Mix chopped coriander and sugar cinnamon powder in hung curd.

In a pan add 1 tsp oil and cook beet root chips. Sprinkle less than pinch salt on it.

Saute on both sides and keep aside to cool. The texture will be like roti now.

When cool stuff the beet root slice with hung curd mix and make rolls.

Tasty and healthy beet root rolls are ready as evening snack..
