Add bread crumps in mashed potatoes, make round shape tikki, now heat a non stick pan and apply 1 tbs oil and roast tikki both sides.

Now take a burger bun, divide into two part apply tomato sauce, keep grated cabbage, onion slice, tomato slice, cucumber slice, tikki, apply mayonnaise on the top,sprinkle salt and chat masala and red chilli powder to taste, and cover with another peace of bun.

Now heat a non stick pan, apply butter and roast burger bothbthe side.

Veg burger is ready to serve hot with some tomato sauce.
