  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 1 tspbutter
  4. to tasteSalt according
  5. 1 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 tspcream
  7. 1/2 cupvegetables stock

Steps

    Heat the pan and add butter

    Then add chopped garlic

    Then add beetroot puree

  4. 4

    Mix it nicely

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Add little bit lemon juice

  7. 7

    Add vegetable stock as required

  8. 8

    Garnish with cream
