  • 1boiled beetroot puree
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 tspbutter
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspcream
  • 1/2 cupvegetables stock

Steps

    Heat the pan and add butter

  2. 2

    Then add chopped garlic

  3. 3

    Then add beetroot puree

  4. 4

    Mix it nicely

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Add little bit lemon juice

  7. 7

    Add vegetable stock as required

  8. 8

    Garnish with cream
