5 cupsmaize meal
2 tablespoonsmargarine
Pinchsalt
1 set ofrobot peppers
1 handfulfresh parsley
2,5 litresWater for pap

Boil water in a pot of 3 litres a size with salt
2

Clean and Chop all peppers mix with parsley
3

Add maize meal and margarine to the boiling water stir add all peppers mash with a wooden spoon until soft
4

Close the lid and steam the pap for 5 minutes mash again and steam until it's cooked
