Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmoong
  2. 1/2 cupchickpeas
  3. 1/2 cupblack garm
  4. 1/2 cuppeanuts
  5. 1 tspblackpepper
  6. 3 tsplemon juice
  7. 3 tspmayonnaise
  8. 1/2 cupchopped cucumber
  9. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  10. leavesSome mint
  11. 2 tspbutter
  12. 1 tsporegano
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak moong,chickpeas and black gram overnight and strain tight in cloth for a day.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add butter toast all sprouts in it and peanut add all ingredients except chopped veggies and off the flame.

  3. 3

    Take out in a bowl add chopped veggies mix it and add mint leaves.
