Soak chana dal for 1 hour. Boil chana dal with ½tsp turmeric and salt

Heat oil in a pan add cumin,mustard seed and methi dana fry few second.

Split green chilli and curry leaves.

Then add garlic and onion fry it few sec. Then add termeric and salt again add tomato fry it well sprinkle some water mix well add daal and boil it for 3 to 4 min. Serve it.
