Steps

Heat the pan and spread the oil or butter in a pan.

Place onion, garlic and red pumpkin in the pan.

Roast until golden brown

Remove from heat and cool down.

Grind into a smooth paste.

Pour the paste into pan and add some water or milk,black pepper,lemon juice and salt.

Boil it for 2 mins,stirring constantly.

Top with Cream,sauted vegetables like 3 colors bell peppers and crushed black pepper powder.

Serve hot.
