Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1banana Flower
  • 1big potato
  • 1green Chilli
  • 1/2 tspChopped garlic
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1 tspPanch Foron (It is a spice blend including Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella and Fennel)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededmustard oil
  • 1 handfulboiled chole

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove a few of the outer covers of the Koldil (banana flower) and chopped the lighter part of the whole Koldil

  2. 2

    First Heat a deep pan on flame, add 2 spoons of mustard oil. add all masala when it bhuna then add boil chole Add panch foron, chilli, onion and garlic to it.

  3. 3

    Add all masala when it bhuna then add boiled chole

  4. 4

    Add the banana flower and the potato almost immediately.

  5. 5

    Now add salt and turmeric. mix well. Cover and put the flame on low. Let it cook. Stir continuously for about 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot, with steam rice it's very rich protein ironing healthy and tasty dish.
