Ingredients

  1. 1 litreMilk
  2. 250 GMsPaneer (finely grated)
  3. 2 tbspMilk powder
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1/4 cupdry fruits (cashews, almonds & Pistachios)finely chopped
  6. to tasteSugar
  7. 2-3 strandskesar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the milk.keep aside half of it and cool the other half

  2. 2

    In the cooled half of the milk,add milk powder and mix well

  3. 3

    Heat the milk mixture and the other half of milk with the chopped dry fruits,cardamom powder,grated Paneer and sugar

  4. 4

    Stir well so that the mixture becomes thick.add kesar mix well

  5. 5

    Let it cool and pour in a matka,garnish with dry fruits and refrigerate...Enjoy Paneer kulfi.
