Ingredients

  • Green(raw) grated pumpkin.....4cup
  • Pure ghee..1/4cup
  • Chopped nuts.... According to you
  • Sugar..1/4cup
  • Cardamom powder1/4tspn

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour ghee in kadahi or pan.add pumpkin saute it.for 5_7min on high flame.slow the flame cook for 5_6min more.

  2. 2

    Add sugar,on high flame, till dissolve the sugar.add cardamom powder and nuts.
