Pressure cook pumpkin to two whistle with 1/2 cup water

Cool and strain pumpkin

In a kadhai heat ghee and fry dry fruits for 1 min and remove from ghee

In same ghee add pumpkin and milk cook and keep stirring
- 5
Mash the pumpkin and keep stirring
- 6
Add sugar and cook till colour changes add colour and cardamom powder
- 7
Serve and garnish with fried dry fruits
