  • 250 gmsmaida
  • 50 gmsoil
  • 200 gmssugar
  • Someoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida and oil,knead a soft dough

  2. 2

    Roll a ball size,cut in square,deep fry in hot oil

  3. 3

    In a pan add sugar and add water to itsevel,keep boiling and make a chashni of 2 string

  4. 4

    Dip all khurma in this off the flame,cool and serve it
