Cut vegetables and clean the palak and chop roughly.

Bengali dish requires frying of each vegetables according to it's cooking time,so fry each vegetables separately.In 2 tbsp of mustard oil and keep aside.

In the same kadhai add 1 tbsp of mustard oil when heated add the tempering when splutter add the palak and fried vegetable with dry masala haldi,dhania,mirchi,sarso powder and salt except gur.Cook in medium heat till all the veggies are done and the water dries up at this moment add the gur and cook on high flame stirring continuously.
