First step make a green chutney take a grinder add pudina, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chillies,Cumin seeds, Cumin and coriander powder grind it into fine paste at last add lemon juice mix it well. Tips lemon juice is good for health and lemon juice is also used for keeping colour green

Take a plate and 2 bread apply butter and green chutney paste keep vegetable like tomato onion cucumber slices one by one, sprinkle salt red chilli powder, Cumin and coriander powder take a another bread apply butter green chutney.

Sandwich is ready serve with tomato ketchup.
