Steps

Make pieces of China grass and soak in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes

Boil the milk by adding sugar and slow the gas meanwhile heat soaked china grass in a pan when it becomes watery or transparent carefully stirring all time.

Add in the boiled milk and mix well. Switch off the gas and add vanilla essence and immediately pour in the square tray

Now place pan on the gas by adding sugar and keep on stirring sugar change it's colour when it is golden colour add all nuts and off the gas

Now pour on greased rolling board immediately it becomes very hard and crushed with rolling pin and store in a container

When u serve the pudding cut pieces of ur choice and sprinkle caramelised nuts on it or decorate on the square tray.

Serve mango pulp in a sweedish bowl on it serve pudding pieces and enjoy with family and guests
