Wash chicken and snails and boil with onions, pepper, salt and seasoning cubes till soft then Peel and wash yam then cut into small cubes sizes, put in the onions, pepper, crayfish, shrimps stock with chicken and snails, salt, seasoning cubes

Pound the local spices and wash with water and sieve, add the extracted juice to the yam mix everything and then set on medium heat. Allow to boil properly then remove the fish so it doesn't vanish 😁, when the yam is getting soft add add palm oil and allow to boil then put back the fish and cover the pot for it to boil and be very soft then stir, as you stir the water begins to thicken cos the yam is melting 😋😋yummm

Cut ur scented leaves and add it, stir and turn of heat immediately. Serve and enjoy your quick fix.
