Soaking rice. Add water & soak for 30 mintues.

Soaking soya chunks in hot water take satty hot water

Cook nutrela soya chunks soak for 7-10 mintues

Their volume double after few mintues train out the water

Sgueeze to remove absorbed water here you can marinat soya chunks with little red chilli powder, salt,tumaice for 5 mintues if you like to preparing pulao masala

Heat up the pan cloves,fennel seeds, cinnaman powder saute on low flame for 2 mintues

Make into powder

Cooking soya chunks pulao....

Add oil, bay leaf,shahi jeera, cardmon, red chilli, chopped vagitable, salt turmeric,red chilli powder add soya chunks

Cover and cook for 5-7 mintues in low heat so the chunks could absorb all the flavors of spices add water 3 cup

Add fresh mint leaves & coriander leaves add brown rice

Cook on high heat & bring to boil

When it starts boil turn the heat to simmer, cover it and cook until the rice is perfectly done
