First make thin batter of besan,garam masala, red chilli powder and turmaric powder with water.

Cut onion,garlic,ginger,2 green chilli and make paste in mixer.

Tomato also grind in jar and make puree.

Now take a heavy bottom pan or kadhai and heat 1 tbsp oil,add mustard seed,green chilli then add besan better and cook by stirring constantly.

When batter become in thik consistancy put down in greased plate and evenly spread,let it get set within 10 minutes.then cut in small cube shape or as you want.

Heat the oil and deep fry this all cube's.

Now take 2 tbsp oil in another pan and saute onion paste till brown colour then add tomato puree.when masala done add water and boil.add 1/2 tsp besan paste for littil thickness.

Add fry cubes and cook 6 - 7 minutes. It is ready now.

Served with roti, rice. It's taste is yummy.enjoy traditional U.P. Dish.
