In a slow cooker, mix the wine and both mustards together. Dip the four steaks into it on both sides, then lay them flat.

Cook for 4 hours on high.

When finished cooking, take out the steaks add to a serving bowl. Then add the cream to the juice in the slow cooker and stir in. Pour over the steaks and serve

Nice served with boiled new potatoes and peas.
