Ingredients

  1. 200 gmKadalai maavu
  2. 1 cupcurd, grated carrot, soaked moong dal
  3. 1is salt, turmeric powder, baking soda, green chili pieces
  4. 1 bunchcoriander leaves,
  5. 2ts lemon juice

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First in a pan add the kadalai maavu, curd. salt, baking soda and mix it properly.

  2. 2

    Allow it for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Then in the plate pour it and bake it in the steamer for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Then remove it and cut it into square pieces, Then add grated coconut, soaked moong dal,coriander leaves and lemon juice. Also add the fried mustard and green chilies.

  5. 5

    Dokla is ready to taste. Can be eaten with green chili sauce.
