Ingredients

3-4 servings

2cucumbers
1/4 beetroot
1/4 carrot
1 tbspmayonnaise
Salt and pepper if required

Steps

Slice cucumbers into thin long slices.

Peel and crush into very small bite size of both carrot and beet.

Mix mayonnaise in this mixture.

Place cucumber slices and apply beet carrot mixture on it. Place thinly strips of carrots.

Roll it nicely.

Serve this healthy appetizer.
