Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients: rice flour, onion, curry leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds & water as per the measures mentioned and add salt as required

Stir the batter and add more water to adjust the consistency..

Place the dosa tawa on the flame and let heat.. sprinkle some water to check the heat...now pour the batter on to the tawa and make dosas...(neer dosa is said to be perfect when more holes appear..if less holes are seen on dosa.. Add more water to the batter and stir)..

Neer dosa goes well with Chutney, Sambhar, chicken, meat or egg curry
