Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1 cupfresh grated coconut
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 1/2 bowlbeetroot juice
  5. 2boiled potatoes
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspdhania powder
  8. 1/2 tspchat masala
  9. 1/4 tsphaldi
  10. 1 tspfresh coriander
  11. 2-3 tbspoil
  12. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  13. pinchhing
  14. chopped chillies (as required)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice overnight and grind them in the morning including grated coconut until smooth. add pinch of salt to it and keep it aside for fermentation for about 7-8 hours.

    For the stuffing, add oil in a pan. add some mustard seeds and hing them. then add boiled and mashed potatoes. cook it for 2-3 minutes. add all the masalas and cook it for 5 minutes.

    For preparing the neer dosa,add some beetroot juice to the batter and stir well. take a non-stick pan. heat it and brush some oil. pour the batter and give it a circular shape.

    Cover it with a lid and let it cook. take it out when one side has been cooked. flip it and remove it from the pan. (do not cook both the sides)

    In the neer dosa add the stuffing and roll it.

    Your beet wrap is ready.
